          A Look Inside Our Sessions

          What the humans are saying

I am still amazed at the confidence Khalee gained during our time with Alyson... I was getting to the point of believing her anxiety, fear, and lack of confidence may have just been her genetic makeup and that was just Khalee. The positive, caring, interested attitude and the canine knowledge Alyson displayed and shared with myself and Khalee are what I believe gave Khalee the way to her new found confidence.

          Fitness & Conditioning FAQ

Do you come to us, or do we come to you?

Both! Mobile appointments are available, and travel is included for locations within a 30-minute radius of Ferguson, MO. For visits beyond that area, a flat $10 travel fee applies.

Do I need the Initial Assessment before booking a package?

Yes. All new fitness and conditioning clients begin with an Initial Assessment. This allows us to evaluate your dog’s movement, strength, mobility, and individual needs before developing a safe and effective conditioning plan.

Is conditioning safe for puppies or senior dogs?

Yes! Conditioning can be beneficial for dogs at every stage of life when exercises are appropriately selected and modified. For puppies, sessions can help build body awareness, coordination, and a foundation for healthy movement. For senior dogs, gentle conditioning can help maintain strength, balance, mobility, and mental awareness as they age.

          How often should sessions happen?

It depends on your dog’s individual needs and goals. Some dogs benefit from regular weekly sessions, while others may need a different schedule for maintenance, performance, or specific conditioning goals. After the Initial Assessment, we’ll recommend a plan that works best for your dog.
